These are the voices I think fit my little hand of characters, don't know why but I do.
Stone: Matthew Mercer
I believe the voices Mercer has done best fit Stone's character traits, especially at the more cocky or serious momements, I specifically think of Law.
Lyric: Debi Mae West
While this one may be a long shot, I think West's voice fits Lyric a little bit at least, specifically her performance as Meryl in Metal Gear
Otto: Johnny Yong Bosch
I dunno how to explain this, just think the preformance as Lelouch works well.
